Who are we?

PT. Merhati Keluarga Medika is a company focused on identifying, acquiring, registering and marketing speciality Pharmaceutical, Aesthetic and Medical Device products in Indonesia. The company was founded in 2015 as a subsidiary of Innokeys Pte Ltd in Singapore. Since 2017, however, the relationship with Innokeys is a business partnership after Innokeys sold its stake to the other shareholders.

Our board and advisors have extensive experience from the Indonesian healthcare and pharmaceutical industry and maintain strong networks/relations to KOLs and influencers.

What we do?

We are specialists in identifying and creating demand for healthcare products. Over the years, we have developed a well-tailored approach for the successful management and marketing of healthcare products especially those for female reproductive health, aesthetics as well as innovative pharmaceutical products that improve patient care.

On our own, we do not operate with a traditional large sales force but with small dedicated and specialist teams consisting of educated individuals with a high level of knowledge concerning the diseases, the products, the needs of the patients and healthcare practitioners. For future products that needs to be covered by a large number of field force, Merhati is open for collaboration with companies having such large number of sales persons.

Business or Partnering Opportunity

Merhati welcomes the opportunity to work together with companies who wish to develop, register and market their products in Indonesia and other South East Asia markets. The collaboration can take the form of supply agreement, development agreement, licensing, service or consulting provision or other forms of collaboration. The products can range from medical device, supplements, pharmaceuticals, hospital equipments and diagnostic.
